people of

east a taste of Irish music, dance and song. It was presented
throughout the
town of Crawley, West Sussex.
Crawley is within close
proximity to Gatwick airport, the
London to Brighton mainline rail service and at the geographical centre
of England's southeast. Crawley is the perfect location to enjoy Irish
celebrations.

Saint Patrick's Weekend 2004 - Events
Events were organised for 12-14 March 2004, to mark Saint Patrick's
celebrations in Crawley were organised by the Celtic and Irish Cultural
Society in association with the event
sponsors,
Crawley Borough Council, the New Ross and District Pipe Band,
Brooklands Dance Troop, the Mullins School of Irish Dancing and the
Emerald Sports and Social Club.
The events centred around aspects of Irish and Celtic Music and Dance.
Modern dance forms were also invited to take part in the
Foundation Developments Ltd Saint Patrick's
Parade and the O'Farrell
Building and Construction Ltd

Irish Step dance
demonstrations.
Live Music at the
Saint Patrick
Celtic Experience 2004 concert was sponsored by L F Nugent Group:
"Us4" and "Sack the Bouzouki" showcased some of
the best Irish music around immediately after Crawley's first ever
Saint Patrick's Parade.
Throughout the weekend, Bank of
Ireland (UK)
sponsored the New
Ross and District Pipe Band at the Emerald Club and the
Saint Patrick's Celtic
Weave gala concert
sponsored by Coinford Construction.
