A new community message board, or forum, has been added to the celtic-irish.co.uk website as well as a brand new look to our news section.

The Message Board will give everybody the chance to get involved with the Celtic and Irish community throughout the year, online. Forum members will be able to list they local events and discuss music and culture in the virtual world.

The new News section, brings a brand new look to the site and will allow speedy delivery of news to the local community. The new look News section also provides a preview to the website overhaul being planned over the next month. So stay tuned for more information.

These new additions to website are in addition to our Resources and Ireland sections which we “soft-launched” in March. The Resources site includes a diverse mix of information whilst the Ireland mini-site provides a need-to-know guide to Ireland.
The Society welcomes contributions to the Resources section and wish to invite contributions to create mini-sites dedicated to Scotland, Wales, Cornwall, Galicia, Brittany and the Isle of Man.

The Society is also searching for sponsors for these sites.
