The 23rd Crawley Irish Festival on ‘Irish in the UK’ TV programme.

There was so much to the 23rd Crawley Irish Festival at The Hawth this year it took one and a half programmes of Irish in the UK to show it all.
Annette Logan and her team have now re-edited it into one programme for you to view here.

You’ll all agree it had everything for everybody of all ages. A true celebration of Irish Culture in a way all communities can be part of. From gold medallist paralympians as part of the opening ceremony, Red Lemonade to Barry’s Tea in the Irish shop, Kiddies Entertainment with games storytelling & magic, Music Song & Dance and lots more wrapped up in the X-factor and all of it blessed with good Irish weather – heavy rain!

Its widely accepted now as the best festival ever. We all had mighty craic on the day. All of this would not have been possible without the help of the many volunteers and helpers on the day.

We would like to thank The Irish Government through the Emigrant Support Programme and Crawley Borough Council for the much needed financial support.

Many thanks to our 4 Main Sponsors; Foundation Developments LtdCoinford HoldingsJ Devine Civil Engineering, and Killoughery Group  and to the many businesses and supporters who took out adverts in the festival programme.

But most at all we thank everybody for attending. This is why we do it all. We hope you enjoyed it all.

“Go raibh maith agaibh”

See you all again in 2019.
