SCHOOLS PROGRAMME
The Crawley Fleadh 2007 features an “in-schools” programme for the second year in succession. This year, we are more focussed on primary schools. The programme includes storytelling and GAA sports coaching.
The Fleadh will bring qualified Irish sports (GAA) coaches into primary schools for the first time in Crawley’s history. It will give children the opportunity to play Gaelic Football in mixed teams - children will also be introduced to the sport of hurling.
The 2007 Crawley Fleadh is organised by the Celtic and Irish Cultural Society with support funding from the Dion Fund.
