I want to buy online. How can I and is it safe?

When you have selected an event that you would like to go to:
  • Click on the "Add to Basket" button. This will bring up a new window displaying the item you have selected: this is called the "basket".
You can return to the events page by clicking "Continue Shopping" or by moving back to the Fleadh Events screen. You can continue doing this as many times as you like (on the second and further times you click on "Add to Basket" it will/may not bring up the Basket). Who are the organisers?

The Celtic and Irish Cultural Society were launched in January 2004 to further promote entertainment and events that foster better understanding of Irish and Celtic culture. We have received the support of local business, including sponsors: L F Nugent, O'Farrell Building and Construction, Foundation Developments Limited, Coinford Construction, Bank of Ireland, Gleeson, Cappagh, Hendrick's Lovell, Crawley Borough Council and community leaders.

The members of the CICS have a history of organising such events: this year will be the 10th Crawley Irish Festival and 2004 also marked the first ever Saint Patrick's Parade in Crawley, also organised by the CICS. Really, the CICS is a name change and a whole lot more - the Cogs and Wheels remain much the same and have been bolstered by new recruits.

The Celtic and Irish Cultural Society compliments existing organisations in the area.

How is the Celtic and Irish Cultural Society funded?

The Celtic and Irish Cultural Society does not receive any government or arts council funding. Sponsors assist in supporting the events and ticket sales also add to the funds. At the present time, ticket sales are required to make these events feasible. The CICS does not make any profits as all excess funds are donated to nominated charities. This year, the nominated charities are Crawley Schools and Saint Catherine's Hospice.
