West Sussex County Council and Crawley Borough Council will part fund the Celtic and Irish Cultural Society’s events during 2006.
It is the first year that the Celtic and Irish Cultural Society have received direct funding from local government bodies and the Society will use the funds to expand and strengthen our events. (more…)

Congratulations to Munster Rugby – winners of the Heineken European Rugby Cup 2006. Munster beat Biarritz 23-19 on Saturday.
A capacity crowd of 75,000 saw the Irish team lift the Cup at Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium.

Corporate sponsorship is invited for the 11th Annual Crawley Irish Festival – 27 August 2006. The 11th Annual Crawley Irish Festival takes place over the August bank holiday. The annual event attracts over 10,000 people from throughout the southeast and provides the perfect opportunity for business to interact with the community.
